Portal Massage
The Portal Massage is the best of all worlds. It combines relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, and crystal healing in a 60, 90, or 120 minute session. It begins with aromatherapy, which brings about a sense of calm. As the mind relaxes the body soon follows. Hot stones are used as needed to target specific muscles where deep tissue work is required. Crystals may be included as a catalyst to promote the movement and release of old energetic patterns. Hot towels and a spritz of rosewater complete the session.

Wellness Massage
​
The Wellness Massage is all about relaxation. It begins with aromatherapy to quiet the mind. Gentle massage with a softer touch is used throughout the session. Hot towels and a spritz of rosewater complete the session.

Amethyst Bio-Mat
​
Client is fully clothed while lying on a pad filled with amethyst crystals that are heated with far infrared rays. The negative ions released from the heated crystals aid in relaxation, encourage better circulation, reduce stress, help regulate sleep, decrease blood pressure, and ease a variety of joint and muscle ailments. Binaural beats are used during the 30 minute sessions to enhance the overall experience for deeper relaxation and increased reduction of anxiety.

Crystal Healing Session

During a Crystal Healing Session, specific crystals are placed on the chakras, or energy centers, of the physical body. Because crystals are natural amplifiers of energy, as well as conduits for energy, they are quite effective in assisting the movement of energy through the body. Since each crystal has a specific healing purpose, the combination of several crystals promotes physical health, aids in emotional release, and realigns the energetic field of the physical body for a more balanced state of well-being.

Reiki is healing energy transmitted through a conduit (me) into a receptor (you). This healing energy comes directly from Creator. As this energy from Creator flows through my hands, into your body, it combines with your own energy to transform your mental, emotional, and physical body.
